Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Assistant to join our team. As a BD Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by providing administrative assistance, managing schedules, and supporting the Head of Business Development and Partnerships. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with sales and business development tasks, including researching potential clients, conducting lead qualification, and managing CRM systems.
  • Respond to email inquiries, draft correspondence, and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings, conference calls, and coordinate calendars, ensuring all appointments are accurately recorded and updated.
  • Assist in the preparation of business reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development efforts.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing travel arrangements, expense reports, and handling other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

What we are looking for (qualifications and skills):

  • Proficient in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Strong understanding of sales, business development, and marketing principles.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise tact, and demonstrate discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
