Position Overview
Pictory.ai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2B Product Marketing Manager to drive product marketing strategies aimed at increasing adoption, engagement, and revenue within our B2B customer base. This full-time role requires a strategic marketer with experience in content creation, project management, and executing B2B email campaigns. You will collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to create compelling content and manage key initiatives, including webinars, events, and the ambassador program. The role is pivotal in ensuring that Pictory’s products are effectively positioned to our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) through targeted messaging and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop B2B content including one-pagers, solution documents, case studies, webinar presentations, event assets, video scripts, and other marketing collateral for target B2B audiences (ICPs), ensuring alignment with customer needs and Pictory’s product offerings and key value propositions. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure these assets drive pipeline growth.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects for webinars, conferences/events, and the ambassador program, ensuring all aspects are executed on time and aligned with overall marketing goals.
- B2B Email Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted B2B email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions, using email platforms such as Customer.io.
- B2B Understanding, Positioning, and Messaging:
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex product features and benefits to B2B audiences.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within SaaS or AI-driven industries.
- Proven ability to create high-quality marketing content (e.g., one-pagers, solution documents, webinar presentations, event assets) using tools like Canva or Adobe.
- Experience managing projects, including webinars, conferences/events, and ambassador programs.
- Strong knowledge of B2B email marketing strategies, with hands-on experience executing campaigns to drive lead nurturing, engagement, and conversions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Collaborative and team-oriented with experience working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams.
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges in B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
