Customer Success Specialist

Location: India (Remote)

As a Customer Success Specialist for Pictory products, you would play an important role in building world’s favorite App for crafting compelling video stories! 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that any customer issue is answered & resolved in a timely and efficient manner
  • Train customers online including organizing training webinars
  • Manage a vibrant online Pictory user community on Facebook
  • Closely collaborate with the Engineering & Product teams in resolving customer issues
  • Sharing new feature requests from customers
  • Testing the product whenever a new feature is released
  • Strive to make customers successful & happy and hence play a key role in building an emotional connect with customers
  • Build help content for customers in form of articles & videos

Shift timings – 11 PM to 8 AM IST

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or design-related fields
  • At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong analytical skills & must enjoy problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in SaaS technology products
  • Proven experience in comfortably doing online video-based training sessions and webinars
  • Comfortable in independently with minimum supervision in a work-from-home environment
  • Totally flexible to work during hours overlapping with our US and European customers including weekends as required
  • Experience in visual design, especially videos, would be highly preferred
