How to Save, Share, and Translate Your Projects in Pictory 3
Keep an editable project, send review previews, and share the work or assets your team needs.
How do you find and save your work?
Open Projects to find a video by title. Use the project-menu actions to rename, duplicate, share, or delete it. Actions depend on your access. Edits save as your work, so watch the save indicator before you leave an editing view.
If saving fails, keep the page open and retry after checking your connection. Undo and Redo cover recent editor edits in the current session. Duplicate a project before a large experiment if you want a separate version. If another person has the project open or a newer script version is reported, follow the displayed lock or reload instructions.
How do you share a preview for review?
Step 1: Open the sharing control
Open the preview-sharing control and select Share preview.
Step 2: Wait for the preview
Wait for the preview to be prepared.
Step 3: Copy and check the link
Copy the provided link and open it once to check the intended version.
Step 4: Refresh after edits
After further edits, prepare or refresh the shared preview using the controls, and check the link again.
Tip: A review link lets someone watch. It doesn't grant editable-project access. Ask reviewers to name scene numbers or times so you can find their requested changes.
How do you share projects and reusable assets?
Use the project-sharing action, select the offered teammates or team access, review the recipients, and confirm. Recipients open the project from their shared-project view. Owners manage sharing and owner-only actions.
Brand kits, uploads, custom avatars, cloned voices, and music can have separate sharing controls, so share them explicitly for reuse. Team membership doesn't automatically expose every private asset, and each person has their own default brand-kit preference. Shared projects don't support simultaneous live editing, so save your changes before another person edits, and follow any editing-lock message.
How do you create a translated version?
Translate is available in the editor, not through the agent. Open an eligible project with AI narration, select Translate, choose the target language and voice settings, then review the result and generate the translated project as its own file.
